If you’re going to buy one tech product at the festival of capitalism that is Amazon Prime Day 2026, then I think you should make it the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic.
Oura has made it too good to resist by dropping the retail price by 44%, from $499 to $279.
Yes, it’s a little more expensive than the Prime Day promotion for the titanium Oura Ring 4, and yes, it requires a subscription, but let me explain why this Oura Ring is a must-buy now. Even on the new Oura Ring 5.
Ceramic is the right choice
All the durability you could want
Why do I recommend the ceramic Oura Ring 4 over the titanium version? It’s all because of the extraordinary durability of the material.
Last time I wrote about how durable the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic coating was after wearing it for 1,400 hours, or about two months. It didn’t collect a single mark or defect.
That’s November 2025, so what about June 2026? If I see the truth, Really up close, I could see one small mark on the surface. It’s impossible to notice unless you remove the smart ring and examine it millimeter by millimeter.
The Titanium Oura Ring 4 gets much more serious marks after a few weeks, and can damage the display in a much more noticeable way.
Simply put, if you want a smart ring that stays looking its best for a long time, the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic is your best choice.
The color is beautiful
Subtle, yet eye-catching
The Oura Ring 4 ceramic in our photo is the Midnight version. The color is dark blue, but not too close to black. Instead, it’s definitely blue, but it’s not flashy or bright enough that it will clash with what you’re wearing.
It joins Cloud, Petal, and Tide, more pastel color options that tone down the metallic finishes (and classic jewelry colors) offered for the titanium version. Midnight works well because it doesn’t make a big statement, and also remains gender neutral.
I also really like the way the ceramic model smooths the edges of the ring, and the surface is slightly curved. This makes it more comfortable, and less noticeable when you wear it compared to the squarer titanium version.
All the benefits of Oura Ring are the same
Even compared to the Oura Ring 5
I know what you’re thinking. What about Oura Ring 5? Why buy the old version?
The important thing to understand is, Oura Ring 5 is different in its hardware, but not in its apps or features. This may provide some accuracy benefits, but as with all wearable devices, ongoing trends are more important (and useful) to observe than rigorous day-to-day data.
All the features you get with the Oura Ring 5, which costs $399, are available on the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic. That includes Live Activity tracking, Health Tracker, and the new GLP-1 metrics. The app, which you have to pay $6 a month to view and use, is the same.
The Oura Ring 5 looks great, and it looks like its redesign will provide comfort and wearing benefits. However, I have worn the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic 24 hours a day since October 2025, and have never once felt the need to take it off because it was annoying or uncomfortable.
Why have I only been using it since last October? That’s when it was released. Buy the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic for $279 now, and you’ll get a product that was released less than a year ago, based on the previous version that debuted in October 2024.
This is not an old and outdated product. It also hasn’t been drastically replaced. Instead, these are the smartest tech product purchases you can make on Prime Day 2026.
Everyone must go!
Except for the Oura 5 Ring
Oura will likely clear shelves to focus all its (and our) attention on the Oura Ring 5. There is no ceramic version of the Oura Ring 5 at this time.
It also explicitly states that there are currently no plans to offer any discounts on the Oura Ring 5, so you can buy confident that you won’t see that version cut significantly next week.
The Oura Ring 4 ceramic is the ideal version of my ideal lifestyle tracker. It looks great, it’s durable, it’s reliable, and the app is one of the best in the business in terms of design and readability.
I recommend it at full pricewhich makes the 44% reduction to $279 too good for me to ignore. While the Oura Ring 5 looks great, save hundreds and buy the fantastic Ceramic Oura Ring 4 instead.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
