New Delhi, Delhi, India, July 2026 — Mindbowserleading health technology and digital engineering company, today announced an upgrade Manisha Khadge to Chief Operating Officer (COO). The move strengthens the company’s executive leadership team as the company continues to expand its work in healthcare, interoperability, AI engineering and digital health transformation.
The designation comes as healthcare organizations look to go beyond standalone AI efforts to modernize clinical workflows, improve interoperability and build secure and scalable digital health products. As Mindbowser deepens its collaboration with service providers, digital health companies, and life sciences organizations, the company strengthens its leadership for the next phase of growth.
As COO, Khadge will lead Mindbowser’s commercial organization, bringing sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships and strategic growth initiatives under one mandate. The focus is on driving closer collaboration between teams, deepening customer relationships, and ensuring technology solutions address real operational and clinical challenges, not just technical requirements.
“Healthcare technology is developing rapidly,” said Ayush Jain, Founder and CEO of Mindbowser. “Organizations need partners who understand not only AI and software engineering, but also the realities of clinical workflows, interoperability, regulatory requirements, and product adoption. Manisha has consistently demonstrated the ability to connect customer needs with execution, which makes her the right leader for the next chapter of growth.”
Khadge joined Mindbowser in 2023 as Chief Marketing Officer, where he leads the company’s market strategy and healthcare positions. He played a key role in expanding Mindbowser’s healthcare footprint, including the go-to-market strategy for ConnectHealth, the company’s healthcare interoperability and workflow orchestration platform. He also helps strengthen strategic partnerships, increase brand visibility and deepen customer engagement across key healthcare segments.
With more than two decades of experience in product and service marketing, commercial strategy and business growth, Khadge brings deep expertise across enterprise software and highly regulated industries, including healthcare and BFSI. His experience in commercializing technology solutions and building go-to-market engines adds a strong customer-centric perspective to the Mindbowser leadership team.
“Healthcare organizations are under pressure to improve service delivery while navigating an increasingly complex technology ecosystem,” Khadge said. “Our role is to simplify that complexity through better interoperability, AI-powered clinical workflows, and modern digital products that fit the way care is delivered. As COO, my focus is to bring our commercial and delivery teams closer together, so that every engagement is built on execution, trust, and measurable results.”
This leadership transition underscores Mindbowser’s commitment to helping healthcare organizations accelerate digital transformation through AI engineering, interoperable solutions and product development, while strengthening the executive team to support continued growth and customer success.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
